Privacy Policy & GDPR Notice
Effective date: 2 April 2026
1. Who We Are
OnTime Turnaround (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at ontimeturn.com and the OnTime Turnaround desktop application. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through these services.
Our servers are hosted within the European Union. All personal data we collect is stored and processed on EU-based infrastructure.
For any privacy-related enquiries or data requests, contact us at: data@ontimeturn.com
2. What Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate our services:
- Email address — collected when you submit the waitlist form. Used to notify you of launch updates and your waitlist discount.
- Creator agreement submissions — if you submit the creator/streamer agreement form, we collect your full name and social media handles (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok) as provided. This data is used solely to process your participation in the OnTime Turnaround creator programme.
- Usage and analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with our website, including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity. See section 7 for details.
- Interaction data — anonymised data such as store preference poll responses. This data is not linked to your identity.
We do not collect payment details. We do not collect your name or address unless you explicitly submit a creator agreement.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases as defined by the UK GDPR and EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679):
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — by submitting your email address via our waitlist form, you explicitly consent to us contacting you with launch updates and your 25% launch discount. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — we may process anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data to understand how our product is received and to improve our service.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used solely for the following purposes:
- To notify you when OnTime Turnaround launches
- To deliver your 25% launch discount
- To send relevant product updates prior to and following launch
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never send unsolicited communications unrelated to OnTime Turnaround.
5. Data Retention
We will retain your email address on our waitlist until you request removal, or until 12 months have passed following the general availability launch of OnTime Turnaround, whichever comes first.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing data@ontimeturn.com. We will action all deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may request that we correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you may request that we delete your personal data (“the right to be forgotten”).
- Right to restrict processing — you may request that we limit how we use your data.
- Right to data portability — you may request a machine-readable copy of your data.
- Right to object — you may object to our processing of your data at any time.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at data@ontimeturn.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), operated by Google LLC. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymised data about website usage, including pages viewed, session duration, browser type, and approximate geographic region. This data is processed by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use GA4 to collect personally identifiable information.
The legal basis for using Google Analytics is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK/EU GDPR) in understanding how visitors use our website in order to improve it. If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or retargeting technologies.
We use session storage in your browser only to prevent duplicate interactions (such as submitting multiple poll responses in a single session). This data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. Data is processed by Google LLC. Google may transfer data outside the EU/UK under Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting infrastructure — our servers and database are hosted within the European Union.
We do not use third-party email marketing platforms or advertising networks. We will update this policy before introducing any additional third-party services that process personal data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect how we process your data, we will notify waitlist subscribers directly by email.
